Meet Darryl, Founder and CEO
I started Innovative Software Solutions in 2016, after a career in the U.S. Navy where I retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Since then I’ve worked hand in hand with logistics, supply-chain, and distribution teams, learning how each operation really runs before our team builds anything.
Here’s how I work
I don’t hand you a product and hope it fits. I start by learning your operation, your shipping, your carrier contracts, and the way your team actually moves things day to day. Then I build the tools that make the right call on every shipment and keep making it, so the savings and the on-time deliveries hold up after I’m gone. We’re a certified Veteran-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. I work with clients across all 50 states from offices in Honolulu, Hawaii and Park Ridge, New Jersey.
